Terms of service

Last updated 8 October 2026.

These terms govern the lead generation services provided to a business client ("you") by Bastion Leads ("Bastion Leads", "we"), whose details are in clause 14. They apply from the point you pay the starting fee.

1. What the service is

We identify commercial facilities within a service area you define, contact them in our own name to introduce cleaning services, and deliver to you the contacts who reply asking for a quote or further information. We contact facilities as Bastion Leads. We do not write as you or claim to be you.

2. What counts as a qualified lead

A lead is qualified, and chargeable, when all of the following are true:

  1. The business is inside the service area agreed with you.
  2. It is a commercial facility, not a private residence.
  3. The contact is an owner, office manager, facilities manager or operations lead, identified by name and job title.
  4. The contact replied to our outreach asking for a quote, a callback or more information.

Each lead is delivered by email with the company name, address, phone number, website, contact name and job title, email address, and the reply received.

3. Fees and payment

The service has two stages.

The starting fee, the per-lead price and the monthly fee are agreed with you in writing before work begins and confirmed by email. Leads are invoiced in batches and monthly fees are invoiced monthly. Invoices are payable within 7 days. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

4. Replacement

If a delivered lead does not meet all four criteria in clause 2, tell us within 72 hours of delivery, with the reason, and it will be replaced at no charge, or credited if you prefer. This is the sole remedy for a lead that does not meet the criteria.

5. Exclusivity

While you are an active client, we will not provide lead generation services for commercial cleaning to any other business in your agreed metropolitan area, and no lead delivered to you is delivered to anyone else.

Exclusivity covers the metropolitan area agreed in writing at the start. It ends when the engagement ends, after which we may work with other companies in that area.

6. What is not promised

We do not guarantee any number of leads, any conversion rate, any contract won, or any revenue. Whether a lead becomes a customer depends on your pricing, your responsiveness and your sales process, none of which we control. Nothing on the website or in any conversation should be read as a guarantee of results.

7. Your responsibilities

8. Data protection

Up to the point a lead is delivered, we act as the controller of the contact data involved. Once a lead is delivered to you, you act as an independent controller and are responsible for your own compliance. How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy.

9. Confidentiality

Neither side will disclose the other's non-public business information, such as pricing, client lists and methods, to anyone else, except where required by law.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the total fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost contracts, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending the engagement

During the pilot, either side may end the engagement at any time with 7 days' written notice by email. Once the retainer has started, either side may end it with 30 days' written notice by email. There is no minimum term.

Leads already delivered remain payable. The starting fee is non-refundable once outreach has begun, except for the credit described in clause 3.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may change for future engagements. The version in force when you paid the starting fee governs your engagement. Changes to an ongoing engagement require agreement by both sides.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, and the courts of Wrocław, Poland have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.
